We at ArcaneOso take the privacy of our supporters as seriously as our own. We guarantee to never sell or provide your data to any third party individuals, businesses, or marketers. Any personal information provided via any of our web/app forms (name, email, etc.) will only ever be used internally by us to provide you with news, updates, and offers for our products.

You can of course unsubscribe at any time.

Outreach Frequency

It is also not our desire to bombard you with more junk mail, so our newsletter updates will go out every other month (bi-monthly) to keep you informed on what we’re working on currently, our goals for the next two months, and any events or offers coming up.

Outside of these bi-monthly email updates we promise to only ever email our subscribers in the event of an urgent update that would impact a delivery date/production schedule.

If you are someone who wants more updates, fear not, we will of course always provide more frequent, product specific updates on any live/active Kickstarter campaign pages where you can stay updated at your leisure.

Exceptions

Legal Exception

In the exceptionally rare event that we were to receive a genuine, verified, and legal order (warrant, court order, or subpeona) from a Local, State, or Federal agency, we are legally obligated to provide the limited data they are allowed to request.

Exception for Health & Safety

In the even more exceptionally rare event that ArcaneOso receives information which if voluntarily disclosed to the appropriate authorities would help prevent immediate and severe harm or damage to persons or property, we may do so.
